For more than 100 years, the Redwood City School District has educated K-8 students in Redwood City, and portions of San Carlos, Menlo Park, Atherton, Woodside and incorporated areas near Redwood City. With a legacy of graduating leaders in our community and beyond, our mission is to educate every child for success in the 21st century. 14 of 25 high school seniors presented with college scholarships for outstanding volunteerism in Redwood City at the Sequoia Awards on March 7, 2013, are past students of Adelante, Fair Oaks, Henry Ford, Hoover, Garfield, Kennedy, MIT, North Star, Roy Cloud, Selby Lane and Taft.
