What is "The Write Tools"?
This unique instructional approach taught by Henry Ford teachers offers an organize, step-by-step approach towards successful writing skills for our students. It presents strategies deliberately addressing different levels of writing proficiency rather than grade levels.
Does Our Writing Program Have A Connection To Reading?
Writing instruction absolutely has a direct connection towards improved reading comprehension. Teaching our students to write teaches them to think. When students discover that the way they’ve learned to write is sometimes the way their textbook is organized, the science text or the history text doesn’t seem quite so formidable.
