The Selby Lane School Site Council meets in the school library at 3 PM on the first Monday of the month. The primary charge of the School Site Council is to coordinate and monitor the expenditure of state and federal school funds for the advancement of student achievement. The school site council reviews, approves and monitors the school plan that appropriates this funding.
The School Site Council is comprised of twelve members. Five members are representative of the parent and school community and one member is an eighth grade student. The other six members are representative of the school staff.
School Site Council agendas are posted in the office 3 days before the meeting in both English and Spanish. For more information contact the school office.
Consejo Escolar
El Concilio Escolar Lane Selby se reúne en la biblioteca de la escuela a las 3:00pm el primer lunes del mes. La carga principal del Concilio Escolar es coordinar y supervisar el gasto de fondos estatales y federales de la escuela para el adelanto del logro estudiantil. El Consejo Escolar revisa, aprueba y supervisa el plan de la escuela que se apropia de esta financiación.
El Consejo Escolar está compuesto por doce miembros. Cinco miembros son representativos de la comunidad de padres y la escuela y uno de los miembros es un estudiante del octavo grado. Los otros seis miembros son representante personal de la escuela.
